5. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are listed in
South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
- We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, EFT, and methods offered by PayFast.
- Payment must be cleared before orders are processed.
6. Delivery & Shipping
- Standard delivery timeline:
within 10 business days from order confirmation. Delays may occur during peak seasons or for custom orders.
- Delivery areas are limited to South Africa. Additional charges may apply for remote or outlying areas.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery addresses and ensuring access for large furniture items.
- Missed or failed deliveries may result in additional redelivery fees.
8. Warranties & Quality Guarantee
- We guarantee that our furniture is free from manufacturing defects for a period of
6 months from delivery.
- This warranty covers workmanship and structural defects but excludes:
- Normal wear and tear.
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, or modifications.
- Improper assembly, cleaning, or maintenance.
- Remedies may include repair, replacement, or partial refund at our discretion.
9. Limitation of Liability
