REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

At Am Home Furniture, we want you to love your furniture as much as we love creating it. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, this Refund & Return Policy explains the process, timelines, and conditions for returns, exchanges, and refunds.


By purchasing from us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1.Eligibility for Returns


  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is required for all returns.
  • Returns are not accepted for:
  • Custom-made or personalized furniture
  • Clearance or sale items
  • Furniture that has been altered, or damaged after delivery

2. Return Process


  1. Submit a Request: Contact our customer care team by email or phone within the return window.
  2. Approval & Instructions: If your request is approved, we will provide return instructions and arrange collection or advise on drop-off.
  3. Inspection: Returned items will be inspected at our warehouse before a refund or exchange is processed.

3. Return Shipping Costs


  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to:
  • A defect or manufacturing fault
  • An incorrect item delivered by Am Home Furniture
  • If we made an error, we will cover all return shipping costs.

4. Refunds


  • Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment within 7–14 business days after the returned item has been inspected and approved.
  • Shipping fees and delivery charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
  • For partial returns (where only some items from an order are returned), only the cost of the returned items will be refunded.

5. Exchanges


  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • If the replacement item is of higher value, you will be required to pay the difference.
  • If the replacement item is of lesser value, the difference will be refunded (excluding shipping).

6.  Damaged or Defective Items


  • If you receive a product that is defective or damaged upon delivery, please notify us within 48 hours with photos of the issue.
  • We will arrange for repair, replacement, or a full refund at no extra cost to you.

7. Cancellations


  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
  • After 24 hours, cancellation requests will be handled in line with our return policy.

8. Non Returnable Items


For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products (such as mattresses, bedding, or upholstered items) cannot be returned once unsealed or used.
